Single Storey Extension & Alterations, North Norfolk.

Sterne Design was approached by our client to work alongside them in developing their new home, providing guidance on how to utilise the existing bungalow, obtaining planning permission and producing technical plans for the builders to work from. The brief asked for a single storey extension to be added to the property allowing for the existing footprint to be opened up to create a large contemporary living space. The extension would then look to hold the bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Throughout the design stage our client was keen to ensure plenty of natural light was achieved within the new space and therefore openings were carefully placed and analysed through the use of 3D modelling the bungalow.
