Residential Development To Build Four New Dwellings.
Project Location: Little Stonham, Stonham Parva, Mid Suffolk.
Sterne Design was approached by a small scale developer to assist with gaining approval for the erection of four dwellings on a vacant site in Mid Suffolk. The brief was to ensure the site was maximised following feedback from the council to fulfil its potential without placing development pressure on adjacent properties. The scale and massing was carefully considered to ensure the scheme sat seamlessly with the existing properties along Norwich Road. Each dwelling uses solar energy and holds an electric car charging point within the front drive.
